"I don't know about you, but I'm giving my secretary the rest of the week off, and her Christmas bonus is getting a lot bigger this year."
Personality
Some people spend most of their lives trying to avoid "rocking the boat". They're quiet, meek, unassuming, and have an almost superhuman ability to take abuse from their bosses with a slight nod and a murmured "Yes Sir".
Belle used to be that way. Right up until a super-powered prankster with an eye for mischief laced some of her food with a mutagenic compound. The sudden rush of physical power and the dramatic changes to her body brought years of repressed feelings to the surface, even as her inhibitions fell away. Now, Belle is an outspoken exhibitionist who loves displaying her body and its power, whether bystanders want to see it or not. She's hesitant to hurt people that might be considered "innocent", but she does not show the same consideration for property. Indeed, if a particularly attractive or rare automobile has caught her eye, she'll go to extraordinary lengths to ensure its total destruction at her hands. Preferably in front of an audience of some kind. Buildings and architecture aren't spared either. Several historical businesses and homes in Paragon City have been "aggressively remodeled" thanks to her and her bulldozer physique. (See "Affiliations" and "Abilities" below)
Affiliations
Bells' Demoralisation and Demolishment is the creation of Belle and her friend Isabella Nem'hain. The group's message seems to be a theme of "Don't get mad, get even", as cheating spouses, deadbeat parents, and bullying bosses have found out to their dismay.
Abilities
Belle's physical strength is currently holding steady at the ten ton range*. She can comfortably lift (press) ten tons of weight for sustained periods. If under extreme emotional or physical duress, this can go up to as much as twenty tons. However, even her "calm" punches and kicks can inflict significant damage. While she prefers automobiles and buildings to show off her strength on, military-grade armor plate can only offer limited protection against her.
*While it currently holds at ten tons, the upward limits of her physical strength are currently unknown.
